Coming out of California,he had only one other offer which was from Montana. He may end up at Cal Poly according to early reports.

With the now young depth of DB's you could see this coming, some aren't gonna stay. Wouldn't be surprised to see another one leave or two.

Not just out of California, but from De La Salle.

He seemed to give it a good shot, but it a good shot, but he showed up at 5'10" after all the recruiting sites reported him being 6'1", and it didn't look to my (admittedly non-football coach) eyes like he was going to be able to cover receivers in the Pac-12 effectively. This looks like one of those situations where the coaches told him he wasn't likely to get much PT going forward.

I wish him all the best and hope he finds a good spot.
