Still shocked on the news. Best President we have ever had at WSU. Took the politics on at the state level (Med school). Took risks for athletics (new facilities, brought on Moos).
Big shoes to fill. I am nervous we get a career administrator in the role that doesn't have the leadership and vision Floyd had.

The three-star DL from Long Beach (Calif.) St. Anthony said he's not sure of any official visits yet but that Washington State is a strong possibility.
Was in Downtown Coeur d'Alene today and former Coug DB/WR Davonte Lamb was the Bar Keep at Crafted. Solid young man who is a Hellava Salesman. He didn't mention he was a former Coug till my bill was paid and we were walking away. (He must have heard me talking about season tix). Guy was 1st class from start to finish & was slinging tasters like water. So if you in CdA this summer go hook-him-up. He's worth it.
I like this boy. He's got heart, drive and it seems a willingness to work as hard as possible. I can see him more as a RB than anything. Hope he gets a chance!
WSU has offered all three. If they come to WSU, Leach would definitely be getting closer to his Texas Tech o-lines.

One of my co-workers was kind enough to let me know that WSU was mentioned in the ESPN College Gameday calendar last week. The trivia question was, "What team did Colorado beat for its lone victory of the 2012 season?"
One day last week, based purely on curiosity, I decided to watch a couple of episodes of "Gunsmoke". Never really watched it before, especially growing up as a child. I can't believe how good this show is. Now, I'm seriously hooked, and have to watch an hour a day, while I look forward to each new recorded episode each night. Pretty cool stuff. Said to be the longest running prime time TV show in Amercia, from 1955-1975, with 635 espisodes. I've got 631 to go. It's all Mike's fault.
