According to 247 the Cougars are in with the 29th best class in the country. The latest is also a 4-star recruit.
Plus, it is now the third ranked class in the P12 behind only Arizona and Stanford. What an amazing job this staff is doing. They are recruiting better than any staff since Raveling.According to 247 the Cougars are in with the 29th best class in the country. The latest is also a 4-star recruit.

That’s a nice bump up to 29th. According to 247 we now have 2 four star recruits and 4 three star recruits thats nothing short of amazing!!! Way to go coach!! Now let’s just hope we have a season to watch...
With COVID19 that's 2 straight springs without visits.Plus, it is now the third ranked class in the P12 behind only Arizona and Stanford. What an amazing job this staff is doing. They are recruiting better than any staff since Raveling.
What they have done this year and last is incredible. Yes, don't forget about last year where Kent had used up the on campus visits and Smith got several players to commit without visiting campus.

Don't forget that the staff did bring in players during the season. Off hand, I believe that Koulibaly, Mamba, Abogidi, and Jakimovski had visits during the season. Not sure about Jackson and Rosario.Oh that's right, think how much better he Smith might probably recruit even better then this, when he can do campus visits, etc, since this amazing class didnt do, get campus visits for this class's recruits.
It’s pretty amazing to finish a class that was already really good with 2 4-star players at a position of need given the pending decision of Elleby. I think they would have made space if they had found a grad transfer but we will never know unless it were to actually go down. Anyway, amazing job and talent usually attracts even more talent. Lots of work to do but this staff has totally blown the program up (in a good way) in just over 1 year.Simply outstanding job by Smith and his staff. Someone wrote on Brand X board that it's a good thing Smith didn't settle for filling the last couple of open spots with grad transfers, as at least one outspoken fan wanted. Had Smith done so, we never would've landed Rosario and AJ, both 4-stars. How often does WSU ever get a chance to get even a single 4-star, let alone two of them in this past week? It's likely there will be more opportunities to do so in future seasons with Smith and his staff in place.
Glad Cougar
If you are going to use 247 as the barometer from which we are ranked 29th in the country, it stands to reason that’s the standard you should use when discussing the individual players. Not some random babbling internet fool, who sorta, might have, probably did score between 7 and 19 points a game in some church league. And because He did, or might have or at least could have Done all this we should bow down to this “Stable Genius” who is in serious need of more medication!

Yep, I would like to see more so-called Cougar fans care as much and be as passionate as Mik has been. Sure beats silence and indifference.Yeah, but his heart is in the right place
I don't know anything about these guys other than what I read.
What is pretty exciting is Abogidi might be the best of them all. Certainly his length and athleticism is off the charts. His FT line dunk was incredible.
