Adjustments

Looks like the staff is making some adjustments. First time all year that the starters in the first half weren't the starters in the second. Which was a sound idea to say the least. A number of other changes looked to be welcome as well.

Jeff needs to start making some sound decisions when he gets in a game, even if its garbage time. Cranking up lousy shots is never a good idea. A try for an assist would be much more welcome.

Rapp might be the only guard other than Noah who always attempts to feed the post. Need much more of that.

I'm not as down on Noah as some people on this list. I think a significant part of his poor play is that he hasn't been healthy. However, I agree that he needs to develop a pass first mentality. He is far better than Flowers or Roberts at penetrating and dishing off. He is our best point guard. The coaches need to convince him of that. Along with his defensive skills he would still be the leader of the team he just wouldn't lead the team in scoring.

Good point. Agree.

I'd like to see Noah lead more in terms of encouraging other players during the game. He may be doing that, but I haven't detected that by my observations.
