Adryan Lara opens things back up

I like that he is a pass-first qb. That being said, he doesn't seem to have great mechanics; throws from his waist, hardly ever plants his feet, not a lot of zip on the ball for the short/ intermediate routes. Throws a great Russel Wilson moon-ball, though.

I can help but wonder if HS coaches are simply too afraid to pin these kids down and make them get better for the next level, aka the "Vince Young dilemma". He's winning/ being successful, so why change anything?

This will probably sound petty, but I didn't think his film looked that great. Wonder if we pulled his offer?

Ouch. Regardless of what anyone says about his film, it's never good to lose a QB commit in December.

However, with so many transfers and coaching movement, maybe's it's not as detrimental as it once was.

He may end up at Wazzu, but regardless of where he goes, I hope it is a good fit for him. It has been a topsy-turvy year....

He can play. He is every bit a P5 qb prospect. Big arm, makes a lot of throws, hits kids on the numbers, great footwork in the pocket, can run well enough, has some moxie to his game. He is not the kid you wanna lose down the stretch unless you have someone as good or better.

His senior year highlight film is on hudl.

Yeah I think beside DeLaura his film is as good as we've seen in the last several years from a HS QB commit. Throws w anticipation and great accuracy. Hes a very good hs QB.

Had 5 solid offers, ranked at one of the top 30 QBs in the nation this year. I'd say it is someone you want to keep, things sounded good after the ASU game, which he attended. Needless to say he's had a change of heart or 2nd thoughts, like every other commit to a school that is changing coaching staffs. Adryan left the door open, slightly, maybe Morris needs to stop by share his vision, or maybe he already did.

It is so uncommon for a kid to decommit, then recommit. I wouldn't count this kid as being in the fold anymore.
