but maybe we should figure out a way to keep Ernie Kent. Where did all these kids come from? What an amazing roster rebuild.

The doubters may be on board. It is funny but the nitwits who pose as "experts" and think they know what they are talking about on the other board are exposed as complete fools who do not know shinola from their dump of a board. The" resident expert "picked the cougs to win a total of 8 games this year due to their "heavy losses" from last years' team which was not a good team to be honest.Complete ignorant fools who probably have never played a game of basketball in their lives. The talent was evident but it took a major improvement from Franks to bring the team to where they are now. The young team will continue to improve but they are playing in a very good conference so expectations should be cautious. But i love the fire and grit of this team

Anyone who can't enjoy watching this group play, win or lose, doesn't really like college hoops.

As for the experts, especially our San Diego friend, the passive/aggressive attitude toward Kent drives me nuts. I wish he would just admit he doesn't like Kent, instead of bad mouthing the quality of his recruits like Flynn and Franks.

Kent is a good coach, and more important he is a high energy salesman which is absolutely necessary to have a chance for success in Pullman. Surrounding himself with Seltzer and Haskins just brought up another notch. Ken Bone could coach, but his laid back style was death on recruiting to Pullman

We referring to this board's friendly neighborhood SD Coug, or the other board's know-it-all, supposedly spoons with Moos, resident mbb experts and all around a$$hole SD Coug?

Can we use an identifier?

Kent has me surprised this year, honestly. Last season, we played like we didn't care. I do think some of the new assistant coaches might be leaving an impact and providing them with a little more energy.

I also don't think Kent is going anywhere and is going so see this through. The fact Moos gave him an additional year on his rollover, arguably with Shulz's support, should give Kent some reason to stay put.

Kent will stay. Of course, many posters had tarred and feathered him ,hands tied behind his back and were ready to load him onto the first available train out of .Pullman. WSU gave the man a chance at redemption. He is an older coach who does not have time to rebuild another program. It is a long season and tougher opponents are ahead

I admit that I thought we’d be at or near the bottom of the PAC 12 this year. So far the team has exceeded my expectations, but it is early. They need to continue to take care of business and build momentum going into a tough conference schedule. It will be interesting to see how their mental and physical toughness hold up over the long season.

You guys think Kent will stay? Not me. I think he’s gone for sure if he gets a better offer. WSU does absolutely nothing to promote the basketball program.

Stop talking about me.

I am surprised at what is going on so far this year. Guess I may have to start paying attention again.
