And then there is this (you'll like it, I promise)

Whoa..telling. Yeah all the players and ex-players twitter messages have been quite interesting today.

a refresher,
old comments from Jimmy Lake, about CML and lack of flexibility,

Lake might miss The Pirate....

BX has an article about player reactions, and I have to tell you that it must suck (or at least I think it would suck) to live in the day and age when you find out your head coach is gone via social media. He's already in Key West and presumably has no business to tend to in Pullman besides hiring packers to move his house. Wonder if he'll even address the team one last time? Do coaches do that any more, or do they just "ghost" their former employers and team, to borrow a term from the youth.

Personally I'd find it to be chicken sh!t if he didn't come say something, but that may just be the way of the world now. Sucky.:(

Borghi's comment makes me wonder if the team was starting to tire of Leach and his coaching philosophy, and getting thrown under the bus after losses. Certainly seems like the bulk of the comments have a negative tone towards their former coach.

Agreed. I always found humor in the CPW We Lost Our Innocence thing, but there’s a lack of humanity in stuff now that I find bizarre. He spent 8 years there and was treated like royalty.

I don't feel like he very relatable for an 18 or 19 year old kid. Yeah, grandpa's story about Geronimo is cool and amusing the first time, probably not the 10th. Especially when its holding you in a meeting when you'd rather be out partying/ with your girl/ doing homework even.

Grab on to the idea that leach has never liked Pullman. He is a very good coach but as i have said i would never sit down to have a beer with the man. He is much more at home in the Bible Belt area and will retire as a coach there.

You have no idea what he likes or dislikes, or where he's more comfortable.

We get that you hate him for his politics. You've told us as much by derisively referring to the "Bible Belt" and describing the area as "Mississippi Burning" about racist murders. With respect to Johnnie Cochran, when there's not enough to hate, you must fabricate. Maybe find a political board to do it though.

hopefully he's talking playing at WSU.......among other mistakes of ML was NOT using this great talent to his fullest...

Jim Moore was hours ahead of you.

Proof that he’s a hack who doesn’t do his research.
Classes don’t start til Monday. Chun already said that the team isn’t in town, he had to notify them by group text so they hopefully wouldn’t find out through social media.

In today’s world, it’s hard to keep coaching changes quiet and tell the team first. Rumors flood the internet as soon as the interview is suspected, and multiple sources were reporting this by the time Chun knew. Seems pretty clear that someone at MSU leaked it.
