Probably don't need another quarterback, but a JC project might be in the works.

Yep need some experienced OL for sure. I think we snag a couple on Wed. It should be a fun day, for the most part the last few years the classes were set before LOI. Wouldn't be surprised if there were some silent verbals in the mix. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

If I were this kid I'd walk on to WSU. Very similar offense. Completed 66% of his passes. 6-2 190. 33tds, 10 ints

I like the optimism about snagging some transfer verbals tomorrow. I don't know why it is taking so long for the transfer oline players to decide or announce.

It wasn't long ago when arm chair analysts had recruiting wishlists of:
a- The package deal (two players from the same school)
b- Twins
c- Secret verbals

This year definitely has some of these elements!

This year is 2 waves (Dec and Feb) and constant rollers, you have the December and February signing day, and February is not as critical as it once was because of December period and Transfer portal, and covid is still having an impact in evaluating HS players. They will sign a few more guys tomorrow, I'd be surprised if we get 25 signees tomorrow, I think we may get to 20, and then they fill in the rest over the next few months, which I think will be the norm for many programs this year. The fact they have the QB from the Tri Cities as a preferred walk on, suggests to me they have a plan to fill up the 25, and add the 7 transfer portal guys. So I think there will be some surprises along the way. Like to see Hector get back into the fold, in the next month or two, but have zero insight to know if that is going to happen.

There might be some recruits that are a year before committing. There's only one answer to packaged deals, twins (brothers) and secret verbals and that's more cowbell.
