My hunch is that Dickert is gonna run a tighter ship vs. Rolo.

I can see this playing out much more for a while like it did when Leach came in. A Culture change is coming. Accountability, Showing Up On Time, Academics……The defensive guys already know, the offense guys will soon learn.
