I have been hoping for a reason to make the three hour drive to Pullman for a game for a long time. Time to but the $ where the mouth is.The team has finally given me a reason and I and 3 others will be making the drive next weekend. I would encourage you all to try and make it if the roads are safe. Hopefully the students will show up and we can have some fun. We haven't had a decent environment since the last GU game. Go Cougs!

The bigger question, will the students make the 3 minute trek to Beasley? Would love to see a good student turnout, especially if I make the trek down.

Could be a capacity or near-capacity crowd, ideally.

Gonzaga is on the road at USD, so the "CougZags" from Spokane may be out in force for this one.

Based on tickets available there better be a lot of walk up ticket buyers if this game is going to have a a near capacity crowd and they don’t even make tickets in the upper level available anymore.

Agreed. We are a long way from a decent crowd. 75%ish of the lower bowl sold and 0% of the upper. Pretty sad, but understandable.

If the Spokane-ites show up in full force (GU is on the road this week and doesn't play on ESPN until 7 PM), the athletic dept. may choose to begin packing fans in the upper level.

Last week's convincing Desert Sweep hopefully has energized the fan base.

A lot of the lower bowl seats are sold with frequent no shows by the season ticket holders, a lot like the alumni side for football. Hopefully they show up this week.

5000 would be a good crowd for this game. Students have pretty much abandoned hoops, only partially because of poor play

I remember the early Bennett years when the students and casual fans started to come back. One game some of us had to roll back a couple of the upper deck tarps so we could have a place to sit. Didn;t sit well with the Beasley people but what were we supposed to do?
