Apple Cup Prediction?

I predict that my wife will roll her eyes at me when I walk down stairs in my Bone the Dogs shirt.

I’m not touching a prediction for this game. And I don’t like that Vegas thinks we’re one point better on their landfill… I mean field.

I'm with ruff. We roll 34-13.

Just a little tidbit....my kid as some of you know, is friends with a few players. She told me yesterday "some of the guys who normally catch the ball are going to be running it a lot tomorrow". My ears perked up and I begged for more but that's all that "CJ" as she calls him would share. I'm REALLY looking forward to this game!

At least you still have your shirt. My now ex wife made mine disappear. I'm still pissed...not that I could fit into it anymore.

Not going to give a score but I think the game will be within 10 points either way.
Cougs will win if the UW offensive line gets called for holding at least three times in key situations.

I hear what you're saying but we need to be prepared to overcome those non calls. We rarely get those in husky stadium.

Yes you are correct. Cougars will have to overcome any adversity.
I think the WSU defense will play a key role so I'll be looking to see if any of the blitzes are getting through. Both teams are capable of getting turnovers but tackles for loss will be just as big.

Bottom line is that this is their bowl game. Last game of the year, their seniors are going to want to go out with a win. We need to come out and match their intensity. I expect the first half to be a real backyard brawl. We'll see who pulls away in the second half.

Look at the tailgate I'm going to C R A S H:

Happy Thanksgiving Dawg (and Coug) Fans,
Tomorrow marks the 113th Apple Cup meeting with the Huskies holding a commanding 74-32-6 series lead over the Cougs. Pure dominance. With a win and a Duck loss the Cougs advance to the Pac 12 Championship game (with a 7-5 record). The Ducks could easily go down to the Beavs and that game kicks off at 12:30. So at least the Dawgs have a chance to play spoiler like they did in 2017. The longest winning streak is 8 games (by the Dawgs of course) and tomorrow they have an opportunity to match that total.
The product on the field has been atrocious this year so we need a collective effort to make sure the off the field performance is one for the ages. Make it happen!
Many of you have asked questions about the details for tomorrow. This is what you need to know:
*Game starts at 5pm. Tailgate location will be locked in by 6:30am and fully operational no later than 11:00am. Rally early, we have a lot of damage to do. Show up any time but don’t wait until an hour before kick. We have to make up for the lost tailgating time from last year.
*What about the weather? If you are asking yourself this question you need to evaluate your life. But if you are… The forecast is looking promising with some potential light showers (40% or less) early but maybe no rain at all and drops to less than 20% by 4pm! We’ll have 5 tents to keep everyone dry.
*The party is before the game, at halftime, and after the game. Although we no longer have in and out privileges we do have friends who are not going into the game so we will continue to have drinks available, TV and music.
*Ezell’s is catering and we’ll have enough food to serve ~150+. Fried chicken and sides – Mac n Cheese, rolls, etc. The main food arrives at 2:30.
*We’ll have 4 kegs, a bunch of white claws (Josh Edwards), and several additional cases of beer. We’ll also have kid drinks.
*Bar – Two bartenders will be serving mixed drinks from 2:30-5pm. Tequila, Vodka and mixers.
*We have music, a TV showing games, and other tailgate gaming options – Flip Cup?
Where will we be located? Somewhere in the South Lot grass. We won’t know our specific location until tomorrow morning but we will either send another email tomorrow and/or you can call/text and we’ll guide you in. For those of you who have been to other games this year, we may not be in the same location so keep an eye out for details.
What should you bring? Friends/Family. Nothing else. Feel free to bring whoever you want.
Are game tickets available? There are almost always extra tickets floating around at the tailgate. Otherwise scalp for super cheap or just stay at the tailgate the whole time.
***If you bring anything to the game that you would like to leave in our trailer during the game, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are fine with it but can’t control who might come in and out. For the most part it’s friends at the tailgate and you should be fine, but we’ve had things go missing (probably unintentionally) in the past. Plan accordingly.
Go Dawgs!

Ugh - hearing about your Tee just makes sad … mine disappeared many years ago along with my 1982 Huck the Fuskies painter cap, an authentic 1977 Led Zeppelin world tour t-shirt ( too young - given to me by a cousin) and a F—- ‘em Bucky Wisconsin Tee from the same era. All things I loved dearly.
I’m about 25 pounds heavier than when I could fit into my Bone-the-dogs tee and fairly certain my wife would lose her lunch if I had the thing and tried to squeeze into it.
