Arizone hires Romar

Arizona s Miller has hired ex udub coach Romar as an" associate head coach". He probably wants to dip into the Seattle area for recruitment. My question is how long will Romar be content to be basically an assistant coach? The recruiting in the Seattle area will be interesting as udub hired ex Seattle coach Cameron Dollar as an assistant coach

That certainly makes for an interesting dynamic. Even Seattle doesn't produce a boat load of Arizona caliber recruits. I doubt we would ever be in the running for a Seattle kid who was on Millers radar.

I still think Haskins can't be anything but a positive for us. There are enough Lacy's Flynn's Franks etc over there to make us a better team

In the words of Tug Mcgraw Mets 1973," ya gotta Believe". Many other people,organizations and even a band have taken up this phrase. Maybe the coug basketball team should take it up.One of my favorite sayings is "if you have low expectations,you will certainly meet them". i told my son that when he was 12 years of age, He still remembers it ten years later. The cougs need to be able to land a couple of four star players to start consistently competing with the better programs in the PAC 12.
