If we end up with a quality guy then I can wait but it is surprising how long we have been without a full staff.

My guess is that they elevate Tim Marrion, but if that's so one wonders why the delay. Seattle U coach filled his entire staff in three weeks, EWU about the same. Maybe he is waiting for Kyle Weaver to finish his playoffs over seas.

Still thinking maybe the guy they want maybe has a player and they are in effect recruiting both. Probably no show stoppers out there, but one more kid who kid make the rotation, then leave a spot open for next year.

I hope they hire a new coach. Tim Marrion is just fine where he is. I hope that you are right avabob ,in that a good quality big man recruit will follow a coach. They need another big man for next year.

I hope we hire a good coach on his merit alone. I would take a combo deal but something about that seems a little shady imo. One speculation I have is wether Kent has a former player involved with an NBA play off team in some capacity who is going to fill that spot once their current obligation is fulfilled, again just speculation.

Haskins and Allen are quality assistants. Filling the last spot with a guy who has connections may trump a good X and O guy
