Agree. I understand Frank's is out but someone needed to step up. This is a predicted 4th place WAC team. Like the young guys but to many times it was up to Elleby to make a shot when we needed a run. Defense is very suspect.

We really had nobody to go to and defense didn't come close to bailing us out. Shot 6-24 from 3 and we are supposed to be a 3-point shooting team. Ouch!

Elleby looked out of control. GOod length and athleticism, but the game needs to slow down for him. Wade looked good. He is athletic and has good size. The fact that Skaggs ever sees the court tells you where we are at as a team. A three now and then is not worth the chaos he brings to the other end.

Seattle lost by 22 to Stanford. In year 5 you can’t even beat a mid level WAC without your best player?

...and shoots too much, not the best shot selection, but it wasn't like anyone else was exactly burning the nets.

I said last week I didnt think we were a good 3 point shooting team. Really bad without Franks. I like Elleby a lot, but he might not make a jumper till Christmas. Funny, because his free throw stroke is pretty good. He reminds me a lot of Mike Bush as a frosh. Only thing close to a bright spot was Wade, slthough I thought Ali looked better than in the opener
