Now the FBI may have implicated Duke,Mich State and other schools. Also Markel Futz from Ubub have been named in their report. Where will it end.? Will the schools involved face sanctions from The NCCA ? There has been talk of the so called P5 schools splitting off from the NCCA .Perhaps there needs to be a rein on these schools and their illegal flaunting of rules. Perhaps some type of Congressional action is needed to install a bit of sanity and rules to the so called power schools?

Apparently there is a wiretap where Sean Miller is discussing a $100k payment to a player.
I saw that earlier today. He is a very good coach, but he is done. I am not sure he lasts the weekend.
UA will probably put him on leave like Louisville did with Pitino. Fire him when the contract allows it.
It would be funny if somehow Romar ends up the interim coach.
I thought of that as well. Why Arizona might not do that is that although Romar has not been caught doing anything, one of his players, Markelle Fultz, has been implicated in taking money. Might there be something else than comes out? Would Arizona stay away on the chance that Romar might not be clean. It is better to be safe than sorry.
If Kent is paying any of his players, then he really needs to be investigated----for any signs of sanity.
Fultz was paid by an agent so he might not stick to Romar although one of the assistants was a former AAU coach they hired and he was lead for getting Fultz to the UW. Dejounte Murray was also found to have taken money.
So yes it would be bad to place the head coach on leave and then have to turnaround and put the interim coach on leave as well. Not exactly the best optics.
Arizona is/was conducting an independent investigation. Gotta figure that Miller was interviewed and lied to the investigators. Otherwise he wouldn’t have a job.
