Best streaming option for Pac12 network?

Only need it short term. I have comacast at home but they block me from streaming from my phone to my TV here at the lake (unless someone knows a work around?).

Been happy with Sling.

Somehow I got the Pac-12 network to broadcast in my Apple TV. Hasn’t worked in the past but possibly operator error? I’m not changing the channel all day now that I’ve got it!
