Okay this is my Game Day Cheese Dip.
1st you start off with Cougar Gold of course.
Now I've done this with lots of varieties and every time it's great you can use some of the other ones like fire, but I recommend not using the garlic dill or sweet basil. They are okay, but definitely not my favorite.
So... 1 tin of Cougar Gold. (30 oz)
1 package of Velveeta 32 Oz ( I know it's not Cougar Gold but you need it or it just doesn't melt right)
2-4 (Depending on how much you want) FRESH Jalapenos. Don't get the canned ones. Fresh.
2 cans (10 oz) of Ro-Tel Tomatoes with Green Chiles.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of ground beef or sausage (either or.. just brown it up and fine chop)
Now take half the Cougar Gold, and Half the Velveeta and grate them. This is important. Do not cube them. It doesn't melt right.
The ratio is 1:1 so for how much Cougar Gold you use. Use that much velveeta.
Now add the soup, the cougar gold, the velveeta and the tomatoes to a crock pot and let it melt. (Stir Regularly)
After 30 minutes
Slice up the Jalapeno into thin slices and add the browned beef or sausage to the crock pot with it.
Basically 10 minutes and you are done. I eat it with Tostitos, but I've been making it for years.
