I think we’ll be in decent shape at RB with Mac and Watson but the OL situation is scary.
Kind of sad to see what bowls have become. Basically just a glorified spring scrimmage that actually counts.
I get it, just from a viewership and fans perspective it's pretty rough. The Cheezit Bowl, or whatever that was we were in vs Air Force was one of the most unwatchable Coug games I can remember. Looked like they hadn't watched a single minute of film on AF and the entire thing was just an opportunity to get younger guys some practice reps.
Is what it is at this point, just would really like to go out on a positive note this year.

We have an opportunity to win 8 games this year after all of the adversity....then this happens.

Never mention that car wreck of a bowl game again.
Option defense is so rudimentary, it's shameful we go humiliated like we did. Not saying we stonewall them, but having linebackers that look like they know their reads would have been a start.
I just hope the game isn’t canceled and we get to see a glimpse of the younger players who will probably see time next year . Thanks for the years seniors … time to move forward .
That was the least of our problem. There was probably 10 plays where just by alignment Air Force would get 10 yards . They had two guys directing a defense that had no business calling defensive signals .
Bowls use to mean something to kids, today’s kids are all about themselves. I agree bowls are not what it use to be. You play for the bowl and a chance for a national championship when the season starts. if WSU was playing for a national championship would these players sit out? You made it as a team and play as a team. This season was not easy for our players yet we can’t finish as a team. It’s sad IMO
Imagine Trevor Lawrence sitting a year ago. Guaranteed 1st round pick, and according to most totally justified.
True but his teammates got him there, he didn’t show case himself without the help of the team.
