Clarke has a week to decide where he wants to go. Oregon and Gonzaga are a tough match up recruiting wise. Hopefully as i said before, the coug coaches or players have a strong link to his recruitment.
Well at least Clarke knows what Pullman is all about. When he was a frosh San Jose came to Pullman and beat the cougs 88-76. i do not know how well Clarke performed in that game.
Clarke would be a great pickup. He has a very good mid range game and can finish up very well He only attempted a 2 3 pt fg s last year. if he can develop a 3 pt game he would really blow up.He runs the court very well and is good rim protector.
Not a big surprise,as Oregon and Gonzaga had fantastic seasons . The cougs are recruiting better players and they need to have a breakthrough with a couple of them
I think he goes GU and as much as I don't like Oregon I dislike GU more. Either if he's not a Coug it doesn't matter much other than we will see him if he goes Duck.
He's set to visit Oregon Sept. 2nd to the 4th and at that point it looks like it would be too late to enroll at GU (or WSU for that matter) at that point. Oregon had an advantage being on quarters.
Obviously GU could get him on campus this week and being private I'm sure a holy string or two could be pull to get him in if necessary.
