Do you know how the Pac12 picks All Conf Teams?

I know at many levels of football, each team gets to submit "X" amount of players. Then, depending on how many wins a team has in Conf, they are able to submit more of their players.

Usually, a coach can't vote for his player only submit their name.

Whomever doesn't gain enough votes for 1st & 2nd Team gets 3rd Team (HM) Automatically for being submitted by their school/coach.

Anyway you know if that's how the Pac12 does it ???

For hoops, however they do it, is just kind of dumb ! I mean how can WSU's double, double guy/Hawkinson being left off the 2nd team? There really is no justification for the omission, besides just being dumb.
