Feel like this is a must moving forward, yes? Feel like WSU has to give themselves as much as a chance to keep up with the Joneses by making this happen for basketball. Kinda of seems silly they haven't been doing it. I know money is tight, but WSU doesn't need something so simple (at least on the surface) to make it harder to compete for players and overall travel.

Anyways, a thread to discuss charters -- hooray.

Ed's got some really nice planes, both owned and leased. Certainly the university could sell him some more northern land on the cheap in order to secure a favorable leasing agreement with SEL.

We need charters for sure. I assume Title IX plays into it as well. We actually need it for the women's team as well but that of course would double the cost.

Since WSU is paying 2.8 mil per year for a basketball coach it limits the available funds. I also hear that the cougs will have to pay off the rest of Moe s contract at San Francisco University . Now that is a sweet deal but for whom?
