Leach is smart and knows he's not recruiting for the NFL, he's recruiting for college, esp. HIS type of college ball. I actually think that at times, SC recruited guys that either went there or played there mostly because they looked at SC as the mid-point, nothing more. I think that has hurt them, and actually resulted in more QBs of theirs being busts than one would think. (Booty, Sanchez, Barkley, etc.)
Quick feet. Not a fast runner, per se, but quick feet. Can maneuver in the pocket, can elude tacklers ,etc. etc.…Can avoid a sack. And this is his second attribute he looks for in a QB.
