I'm not sure what we can expect them to do. They're not going to get anyone with viable options right now without certainty at the coaching position. They might be well served to just hang on the guys they have, then hope the new coach comes with some of their own guys, then hit the transfer portal and JC guys hard.

If it ends up being Dickert, he needs to fill out a staff FAST.

The 2022 class has been in trouble for a long time.

As to the staff, it will be interesting to see how it comes through on the other side of the hiring position. It appears that Dickert is the only genuine candidate at this time.
