Congratulations Mike Leach and Team

It was an ugly win... but we'll take it. Lots of things need to be cleaned up, particularly on STs.

Props to the offense for not giving up and finally making the clutch plays.

It looks like the Cougs have a decent Offensive line, and they should get better each game as they get used to each other.
The defense and special teams are a different story.
Defense can't just rely on turnovers although it's good to see that they can get one.

Special teams.--- ok you give up a big play every game but can't you do one in return.

Good win for the team.
I see another win next week against Wyoming.

It is nice to have a QB who delivers in the first and last quarters of a tight ball game. i loved seeing Falk run for a crucial gain

Rutgers are class acts!
(We found that out @ the first Texas Bowl.)

I'm glad to see the team pull out the win. It showed a lot of guts. If we can ever clean up our act, I'd say that we have the opportunity to be a good team. Proud of the effort against those stinkin' Jersey Boys.

Congrats on the win. Your guys performed well when it counted at the end with the game on the line. That's a positive for you guys.

As you might expect our board is in meltdown mode with our atrocious performance on O and D. Very surprised on how little push our front 4 on D generated especially up the middle. That bodes ill for the rest of our big ten games. 100+yds worth of penalties and losing the TO battle without getting a single TO (our DBs dropped 3-4 would be INTs including one on the WSU TD winning drive) are also other red flags. Based on what I saw today, I don't think we go bowling this year unless we improve significantly on the lines and in the secondary.

Hopefully we can find a way to beat Penn St next week. I can't stand their smug attitudes and will lose it if we lose to them again. Being forced to listen to the condescension from those cultists for the rest of the year again would be torture. Unfortunately this game isn't a bright indicator for us that we'll be able to beat them in crappy valley. We'll see.

Anyways, good luck the rest of the way. Hope you guys make it to a bowl game (and win it) so that your program is on an upward trajectory going forward from this season.

Considering how badly things were going, Rutgers fans can be proud of the fight that their team showed in the second half. If your team had put together a full 60 minutes.......

Good luck as well. I will be rooting for you guys against PSU.

Congrats on the win guys. I knew it was going to be a tight one, but would've liked a different outcome of course. It was an ugly game on both sides, but your team sure knew how to finish. Here's to hoping both teams improve down the line as we're going to need healthy amounts of it in conference play!

Yep. Penalties and turnovers killed you. Our STs tried to kill us...again.

Good luck the rest of the season.

Ironic that after last week's talk about the weather and some blaming it on our loss that we won in spite of the steady rain today that started falling in the fourth quarter (I believe).

PS We know all about board meltdowns. Last week's pretty much took the cake for that here.

You guys definitely deserved to win today. Congrats and I'll be rooting for you the rest of the way.

So for those of you that made the trip, what did you think of Americas Armpit? ;) Seriously though, hope you all enjoyed the East Coast and would love to hear any stories - am always interested in hearing what other fanbases have to say about their experience in NJ and at RU.

Didn't go to the game, but have used the Motel 6 in Piscataway as home base to visit NYC. Not an armpit at all.

Thanks, this was a very enjoyable home and home between evenly matched programs both games could have gone either way. What you and your fans experienced after this year's game, we experienced after last year's game.

It will be interesting as both teams move forward to see whether your DL didn't get pressure because your DL struggled or our OL played well. Guess we'll know soon enough. I think you have a helluva shot at beating PSU. Hope Flood and the team keep it together through what appears to be a difficult couple of weeks.

Rooting for you to beat UW in 16 and 17.
