Cougs vs uw tonight

The Coug PGs will have to play their best game all season for the Cougs to have a chance plus someone like Skaggs will need to be hot.
Need Franks back as well. They have been all over the place in ooc so if we also defend and rebound we could steal one.
Elleby lagged with the rest of the offense but has had a really good game. Robinson having some good moments shooting.
Wish Wade was able to play like the first part of the season.
Daniels also seems out of sorts. This team needs to be 100% healthy to have a chance.
He has not been as good since coming back. He buried a 3 but hasn’t really looked for his shot.
Not even close. We hung with UW despite Franks being out. Colorado, Stanford, and Cal look worse than us, that's at least 4 wins. And we'll beat a team or two we shouldn't.
If Franks gets healthy we should win 5-6 conference games. Not because we are good, but because our opponents aren't
WSU has a good chance against either of those two team.s I do not remember of we get them at home this year.
Stanford has one bad loss against San Francisco other than that they have played one of the toughest out of conference schedules around NC, Kansas, Wisconsin and a loss to Florida who is not what they used to be but they are still a power conference team. Oh and they beat Seatle U by 20. Colorado I haven’t seen yet and they played a relatively weak preseason schedule but not close to as easy or I should say what should have been easy as we did so maybe there is hope but we play them in Bolder next
You might be right, but until WSU can show it can actually win some games against teams that are ranked in the top 150, I wouldn't bet on beating anyone outside of a terrible Cal team, and even that one could go south on us if we play like we did vs. Montana State. Here's the list of WSU victories this year and where those teams are ranked in KenPom. I don't think other ranking systems will be much different. (This is out of 353 D-1 teams):

Best win by far was Rider. Everyone else is in the bottom 15% of all D-1 teams. At least Colorado has won at New Mexico (who just hammered #6 Nevada) and beat Drake by 30...the team that won the Las Vegas Classic that the Cougs played in. Stanford hasn't looked good, but they did beat Seattle by 22. Yes, the conference looks horrible and I would agree that any team can beat any other team on any given night. I'm just not confident WSU will definitely win more than a couple games. They might, but I wouldn't count on it.

Cal is bad. That's one potential win. Maybe two if we sweep.
Other than that, Cougs are going to be underdogs every single other game in conference. The non-conference schedule was designed to pick up wins. It didn't sharpen iron.
