USC inside wide receivers coach Dave Nichol, who joined the team in December as part of Lincoln Riley's staff, has died. He was battling cancer.

Very sad news, I had heard he wasn't well but didn't know it was Cancer. We lost a good man, well liked by his players and extremely respected amongst his peers. RIP Coach.
