I can't say Wisconsin looked better this season than last, but I had this as a likely loss.

Thoughts?

I had a range of 6 to 9 wins as a range.

And this game was going to determine how many wins.

After this semi moderate 9 point win, WSU probably wins 7,8,9, 8.5 wins.

Here in Pullman for the game. Great win, but Wisconsin isn’t a strong team right now. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still better than half of the P12, but we need to improve.

One game never defines a season. I see us as a 7 win team but this win puts our ceiling at 10 wins. Unfortunately, with the Pac-12 as good as it is, our floor is probably 5 wins.

Northern Colorado, ASU and UA are games that I feel the best about winning. I figure we'll beat Stanford and Cal too.

Colorado is hard to figure out. I'm waiting to see how they play against USC and Oregon before I start handing out Heisman trophies and conference titles. UCLA is another possible win. Oregon State is another toss-up game that we'll have a puncher's chance of winning.

As much as I'd love to beat UW and Oregon, I just don't see us winning either of those games.

We can only get better, kids played with discipline and with cleaning up the offense we will keep winning.
