Kunc looks like a baby but nicely caps off a 7-0 run with a dunk in transition.

Coug's with just 1 turnover (Daniels walk to start the game) through 12+ minutes.

Elleby looks like an impact player. Lots of quickness and plenty of court smarts.

Elleby's a man in perpetual motion. Kunc is smooth as silk. Both are going to have good careers here. I really like Wade. Chidom seems to finally be under control. I think Ali takes the point.

Elleby/Kunc will compliment each other well in years to come. Ava may get his wish on chemistry. It looked good overall for a first game. Wade and Chidom both had solid games off the bench.

Daniels tried to throw it up to Cannon for a flush but he wasn’t ready for it.

Absolutely. You probably don't see it on TV, but it's obvious these guys like each other and root for each other.

I didn't mention this in my observations, but I definitely saw a lot of signs of good chemistry and comradery during live play and timeout/idle time/on-court/bench.

Agree. Also, the most impressive takeaway for me was the court presence of Franks. He was everywhere. Talking to the new guys, taking over the scoring every time we needed it. He almost reminded me of Lebron with the young Lakers. No passive standing around the perimeter
