A GREAT article on how some of the great coaches look for dissension, team chemistry, leadership and making sure little pockets (or big) of naysayers influence as little of the team as possible. Everything from kicking off 2 of the best players without warning anyone (including all coaches), to having a "leadership council" of players that are proven to be on board, bought in and willing to lead and confront those not "buying in". VERY interesting to see how even the smallest of "dissent" can really affect team chemistry, at least according to these coaches.
