I think she is in a great spot and will see us through to get to another Power 5 or recreate the Pac 12

Ethridge has done a great job. Now she will have to do it without a Ledger-Walker on the roster. The WCC isn't anywhere close to the former Pac 12, but a lot less bids. If we can stay healthy I think the roster is definitely good enough to win the WCC.

Haven't seen (or looked for) any recent news regarding a NCAA BB tournament distribution pool for the women. Which of course the Cougs can't share in even if we win the HS Gym League (AKA WCC) and go to the tournament. We'll see if the Caitlin Clark effect takes root this winter.
