Hmm i see Skaggs minutes decrease and guys like Elleby and Cannon playing major minutes at mid season. I do agree with your starting lineup but Wade may edge out Chidum for the starting position

Pretty much agree except I wouldnt be surprised to see Skaggs have a breakout year. I hate his mechanics, but the guy can fill them up like few I have seen

Rumor is Cannon is likely to redshirt. I doubt Chidom plays in front of Pollard ( I was disappointed in both last year), I think Skaggs starts at least at the start and then we will see how the new comers adjust. The reports are positive from coach on Kunc but we’ve heard that before about players who have flopped. It is a big step to PAC 12 basketball and even in practice he is not seeing elite PAC 12 competition other than Franks. The early schedule should help ease the new guys in to D-1 ball but will do little to prepare them for the rigors of the PAC 12 season.

If Cannon has a redshirt I think that's a good plan for him. I know it's mostly used on bigs these days but I think he could benefit from a year of working on his skills and perhaps getting stronger. Doesn't always work out like you hope but maybe he ends up a bit like Mike Bush if he can improve his shooting to 3.

My guess:

PG - Ali/Robinson
2G - Daniels/Ali
3G - Kunc/Skaggs/Elleby
PF - Franks/Chidom
PF - Pollard/Wade/Cooper

Wade is a bit of a wildcard. He's not very tall, big, etc. but that doesn't mean he's not our best rebounder/low post guy. I still see Pollard as a rotation big but he's also had a lot of injuries that haven't help his development. I agree with Ava on Skaggs. He's just too good of a shooter to not get significant minutes unless the combination of scout, lack of defense, Kunc/Elleby keep him off the floor.

We will see a lot of combination during what looks like a pretty weak ooc. Hopefully we can improve the starts and get good minutes for players that need it whether they are new, haven't played much (Chidom), or taking on increased roles (Daniels).
