Just to clarify… he meaning Rolo didn’t have a chance to speak with the team . Rolo did and had great empathy for them . He mentioned several times what the seniors have had to endure . Now two coaching changes, covid and the loss of two teammates . Said accurately very strong and resilient kids .

Posted in another thread, but I KNOW for a fact, other college coaches in washington have been granted an exemption and accomidation...the disperate treatment is the opening for liability if you ask me, but I am not a genius attorney like king Jay, so what do I know.

Like I said I’m another place; City of Seattle had 5% of employees granted an exemption. Seems risky to deny exemptions.
