F you Larry Scott

And Larry, conference show favoritism by fining WSU, but not fining Oregon.

And Larry, Pac 12 not following the provision of the rule, or the spirit of the provision of the rule that says:

Paraphrased Quote: "If the opposing team is able to SAFELY exit, starting, during the 60 seconds, then it shall be up to the DISCRETION of the conference, and the conference MAY OR MAY NOT fine.

Even tho the conference is TECHNICALLY within it's right to fine in THEORY, the conference should not FINE according to the SPIRIT, and should NOT fine, because it is NOT REQUIRED to fine.

Presumely that is why OREGON was NOT fined.

And since what is good for the goose is good for for gander, since Oregon wasn't fined, WSU shouldn't have been fined.

And considering the officiating, rules enforcement scandals, the not fining Oregon while fining WSU, is, and or smacks of FAVORITISM, CORRUPTION.

SOLUTION:

KEY WORDS OF RULE:

WITHIN 60 SECONDS FINED.

So the solution is wait 60 seconds, about 67 seconds. Officially clock, time the waiting. Then the fans can rush the field. Also make sure opposing team can SAFELY EXIT.

Doing this makes it so that according to the rule, the Pac 12 conference, Scott, etc, would NOT be able to LEGALLY FINE WSU because rushing the field did not happen WITHIN, BEFORE, DURING 60 SIXTY SECONDS.

And if they try to fine WSU, then WSU rep says, proves that did not rush field until after 60 seconds, then demands fine be rescinded, then states WSU would, will not pay fine, then demand that Larry, conference rescind fine, or WSU demand that Larry be FIRED.

That's the SOLUTION.

how WSU does, implements that, I don't know.

Would WSU do that, I don't know, don't think so that they would.

Also probably the only reason why Fine WSU when NOT required to Fine WSU under the SAFELY EXIT provision, is because WSU fans, staff, people, media made a big stink, complain, accuse Larry, conference over the WSU/USC officiating scandal.

So Larry, Conference is PUNISHING WSU for making a stink over officiating scandal by Fining WSU for rushing field.

WSU rushed the field last year against USC. So, we're considered a repeat offender. The fine is ridiculous. The leadership should be ashamed of itself. I know they are supposedly doing this for player safety. But, this policy is still stupid.

IIRC, the conference waived the fine for us once last year, probably the Boise game. Don't recall if we were fined for SC.

So, this is the 3rd time in, what, less than 10 home games?

But yea, it's probably a conspiracy guys.

No fan of Larry Scott. And I get the whole game day enthusiasm thing. But we should start acting like we expected to win, and maybe save rushing the field for the Huskies.

I’d rather us not do that this year. They are a 6-3 shit team we should wipe the field with them and go about our business.

If I were a student I would... hell, when I was a student I did!

I say rush the field every win. Just have security hold up big signs that say "wait 60 seconds before rushing".

I think there is something to this, honestly. The rule basically says that rushing the field is OK, as long as it's after 60 seconds, the other team isn't "in danger". Why not let the crowd know when it is allowable and when it ISN'T allowable? Truly makes sense to me.
