JV the network with them. Get Apple in the mix too. Shut out ESPN.

Once we have a solid media plan we go hunting. Best 8 programs and markets in g5.

Use the reserves we have in the conference to prop us up.

Cal is getting alimony from ucla. I think ucla and getting them to reconsider the Pac12 in the future is why I would go too big in terms of members.

The days of long, restrictive GOR deals are over. At best there will be 5 year deals moving forward.

That's the mistake that PAC down to 4.

You DO NOT do the media deal FIRST, or if you do, do one, it's either TEMPORARY, SHORT TERM, 1,2,3 YEARS, OR it's like MWC's media deal where the payout increases the more quality teams added, etc

INSTEAD YOU EXPAND, DO ACC ALLIANCE, ETC, FIRST, SO YOU GET A BETTER MEDIA DEAL.

PAC, didn't do that, that's why the deal offered to PAC was 22 Mil per team, instead of 30 to 36 to 39 mil per team.

If the PAC had added SDSU, SMU, Memphis, Tulane, USF to the PAC 12, and then done ACC alliance, and then done the media deal, PAC would have gotten 42 mil per team, and would have been 12,14,16,18, etc, instead of 4.

The PAC needs to add SDSU, SMU, Memphis, Tulane, USF, Rice, UNLV, BSU, Fresno St, CSU, Utah St, NDSU, Appalachian St, Gonzaga FIRST, as the BEST DAMN MIDMAJOR'S IN WORLD, FIRST, THEN DO ACC ALLIANCE, THEN GET 23 TO 25 TO 27 TO 30 MIL PER TEAM DEAL, INSTEAD of getting a 11,12 mil per team deal now, and then ONLY adding Fresno St, Wyoming, SJSU, New Mexico, New Mexico St, EWU, Montana, etc, the LESSER midmajors

Mikster, what are your odds, percentages, chances of WSU getting invited to the Big 12 in the next 2, 4, 6 years?

I think it's pretty good with these mega conferences popping up right and left

About 20% to 23% to 25% to 27% to 29% to 31% chance that WSU gets into Big 12.

In 3 to 6 to 9 years those percentages go up to about 33% to 35% to 37% to 39% to 42% chance that WSU goto Big 12.

If throw in ACC, OR Big 12, then about the 33% to 42% that WSU joins either ACC or Big 12.

And in 3 to 6 to 9 years from now about a 40% to 50% chance that WSU joins either ACC or Big 12, or PAC 4 grabs best MIDMAJOR'S in world, and then does ACC alliance, and then adds ACC leftovers an or Big 12 LEFTOVERS TO PAC X.

Finally figured it out. Mik is in politics. That’s how he uses so many words without having any clear meaning or point.

Let me sum up:
“If we wait long enough, something might happen. Or it might not. But don’t hold me to that.”
