We went down the road with all Coug assistants and it was a disaster. But the one person I think that needs to be added to the staff is Jason Gesser. I would think he would do very well in recruiting. I think he would add a dimension to the staff that isn't there. While he may not be the cerebral guy Leach looks to, there is something about him. People gravitate to him.

I like Gesser and would prefer him over Mele. I like Harrell though. He played for Leach had success with him, went to the Pros and has a superbowl ring. Mele I could care less about.
