Goff just threw his 4th INT - and it's not even halftime

Utah seems a level above the rest of the league, I kind of expect them to be 12-1.

Who do people want to win? Utah? Cal?

I'm thinking Utah will win, but it would look better for us if Cal wins. The assumption going into the season is the Pac-12 North is down; Pac-12 South, up.

Utah is a heavy upperclassmen lead team. That's really what is separating them. Next year they will take a hit but they are doing great this year. It's a very strong team.

Booker is the real deal. Wilson is playing the best he has since he won the starting job a couple of years ago. They do recruit well, but they have to take a step back next year.

Yeah definitely. Here's the depth chart for them. You can see what will happen next year to them.

They lose most of their skill players on offense, but four lineman come back. The defense returns 6 starters. An opinion this far out means little, but if they get average QB play, they probably make a bowl. But, they will not be close to the juggernaut they are this season. I can see them with 6-7 wins next season.

And CU just got really unlucky. WSU will probably be favored over both of those teams.

Whittingham went for a fake put on Utah's own 32. It was a snap to the upback. He bobbled the ball and was tackled short of the line of scrimmage. They got bailed out by a flag on the play as one of their lineman moved before the snap. So, it was an automatic five yard penalty and Utah was able to punt instead.

A couple of things. Leach gets criticized often for things that a lot of coaches do. Against USC, Peterson went for it on fourth down at midfield and the uw didn't make it. Against WSU, Dykes went for it on 4th down three times and were stuffed all three times.

If Leach had done those things that those three coaches had done, we would never hear the end of it on how Leach is an idiot. Yet, as I wrote, all coaches do things.

The bigger picture is that coaches who actually have their teams IN GAMES make tough decisions. Isn't it nice to finally be IN GAMES?

I think what you are trying to say is that all coaches are idiots. :D

Damn straight it is. I wish we could cuss on here, as now would be a perfect time to use profanity to celebrate :)

Goff is better passing on the run than Falk.

He'll take less sacks.

His arm is stronger.

But I don't think his decision-making is as good as Falk's.

And when the game was on the line, he couldn't get it done. In fact he threw another INT.
