Good news for Dickert fans

What will it cost, who is realistically out there that would be an upgrade, impact on recruiting?
Biggs? I gotta imagine he could scheme up a few plays that would result in a field goal against Wyoming. Of course he already works on Saturdays so that could be an issue.

It's fine if you don't want to have a serious conversation. But maybe lay off complaining when someone asks if you just want to bitch and moan.

JC man it was a joke, have a sense of humor. I thought you liked poking fun at Biggs as much as I do.

We were shut down the second half of how many games against average MWC teams, including a zero and a gaggle of 3 and outs against Wyoming. Arbuckle is not good. Look how much better Cam was this year at Miami. I don’t know who else is out there but he’s not hard to replace. Only way I’m in favor of him staying is if Mateer would stay too, but who knows if that scenario exists.

Sounds like he’s gone anyways so this is likely a pointless argument.

The team to me looked like they've quit and they're watching and reading social media.

UW poached one of our 3 star recruits.

Big 10 or G5.

USC devastated us. Hate to be negative, (and a setback is a setup), but the reality is....we are no longer Power 4. Recruiting will never be the same. The effects and result are now here.
No energy from a junior high sized crowd....

He doesn't have a sense of humor. On the spectrum for sure. That's all I have to say about that

Not great at estimating crowds, but maybe 15-18k? Not too bad for the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday shopping, etc. Sounded pretty good on TV, too

Those late November crowds once the Pac-12 is rebooted in 2026 should increase as well as fans become more familiar with the new teams.

That's closer to 10k in actual attendance. FWIW, the fans that were there did their best to be noisy.

I have a wonderful sense of humor. In fact you could learn from it.

I admit to being tired of people bitching and moaning about a coach and staff that went 8-4.
I'm searching my massive brain (I'm like those guys with the huge heads on that Star trek episode). However, I can't lay my mental fingers on one post that you have ever made where there was a hint of humor, a smiley face, or any other sign of mirth.

Perhaps your laconic posts mask your humor. Perhaps your sense of humor is sooo dry that we die of mental thirst before we reach your oasis of mirth. Whatever the reason, perhaps you could alert the board when something humorous is afoot so that we can prepare to burst out laughing or at least grin like the Cheshire cat.

Crowd smack from someone who wasn’t there?
I couldn’t make it on Saturday but I’ll admit the crowds like Saturday tend to be the most fun. Everyone is there to party, and you don’t get grumpy pants guy who doesn’t like it when you cheer, stand up, slap the bleachers, or “find” a bottle in your pocket to sip on.

You are correct. I would actually be surprised if the actual count of live bodies in the stadium seats was greater than 10,000.

I was there. It was over the 10,000 mark
I was there also, and it was very sparse, small groups scattered randomly around the stadium. Looked like about 20 Wyoming folks in the SE corner. And contrary to another's suggestion, there were very few that entered after the start of the game. If there were over 10,000, I think it would have been 10,001! :)

Yet another post devoid of supportable data. Taihtsat

The concession areas + field house + luxury seats fool people.

That with people showing up late and leaving early.

We broke 10,000

Still moronic to have any type of home game on the weekend before or after Thanksgiving.

That might be my one possible acceptance of having a home game away from home.

We will NEVER have good turnout after Thanksgiving, raised expenses for fans, and at worst being able to watch through a cell phone
