CougEd usually does a great job with his predictions, but it seemed odd when he declared Anthony Gordon would be drafted higher than Gardner Minshew II.

I know it’s subjective, but Gordon (and Luke Falk) seems not to have the It Factor so vital for NFL quarterbacks (but both were prolific college QB's)

Pete, there are a lot of ways we can improve & further develop ourselves around the edges. But I've come to believe that our core person is mostly DNA-driven. Gardner reminds me of a lot of NFL qb's who were not the greatest athlete, but had the right intangibles to make it in the big league. "It Factor" is not a bad description. Applying the Potter Stewart definition, I may not be able to describe it, but I know it when I see it.
