I’ve always been kinda confused as to why Coug Nation claims her.

I get what you are saying because she never played a game. However, she would have played a year at WSU if not for COVID and I think DJ being a Coug also has an impact.

I hadn't seen the Rodman 30-for-30 until I believe DJ was on campus. I'm not sure how anyone who watched it could come away without feeling something for his 3 kids. Maybe that has something to do with it as well.
