Had Pullman PD or the University set any rules for Gameday?

Just trying to figure out if they'll be any restrictions on when they'll start letting people show up. Probably not since it's such an open space....

Rule 1. Maximize revenue any way possible.
Rule 2. Profile/ Stop and frisk anyone wearing greek letters. Also anyone of athletic build/ football attire.
Rule 3. Ticket any parked car on campus regardless of location, legality to be determined later.

You can't use it anywhere outside of your home anywhere in Washington, I believe.

Pot is prohibited on all WSU property. Allowing its use would jeopardize federal funding.
