Yeah same here. I thought the same until I read his Twitter profile. He has a lot of positive messaging and trying to make the world a better place. Seems like a pretty solid dude

Actually a great strength coach affects the game a lot. Weaker, not as strong players don't do as good as stronger players in games.

And a good strength coach helps prevent injuries, that affect games.
