Mateer is a almost that good, and ARBUCKLE knows how to set up, when to put Mateer in, when the defense least expects it, when the defense is gassed, tired, worn out, spread out, expecting a traditional pass, traditional RB run, when there will probably only be 4,5,6 in box, etc.
