Large group of us will be protesting this overstep by Inslee, Chun and Schultz. We will be protesting this decision near the Stadium Way entrance. Human principles are much more important than a football game. Please wear all black. I can tell you where every player went to hs for the last 30 years. No longer will be supporting, donating, attending games until Chun is gone.

I doubt that Chun had any other option in any of this other than to resign himself. Protest the government in that whacked state if you must protest something

For my part, I protested the BLM garbage as WtP suggested—the $$$ stopped flowing. They didn’t give a damn, one way or the other. They said “Ok. We’ll cancel your renewal and refund your tickets, though we cannot return donations.”
My uncle is a UW grad. They used to keep calling him for donations. He told they people several time, politely, “No. Thank you.” After a few years he got fed up and told them “When your commie professors and admin have all retired and left, gimme a call back.” He never heard from them again. Seems that tactic works.
Chun wasn't at WSU for the Robert Barber SCB case.

Like I said I fully expect JDL will leave after this news. And you may be right, he may sit out this weekends games...and the rest of the season. I would hope his parents would give him different advice and let the emotions calm down, but if he leaves he leaves. Other QB's have left. We as a program somehow survive. JDL, Leaf, Gesser, Thompson do not define WSU.

The highest paid employee in the State choose not to get a vaccine, and is no longer eligible to work for the State of Washington, despite everyone with common sense begging and pleading with him daily for the last 3 months. The overwhelming majority of adults in the state have been vaccinated and agree with the need for the mandate. If there was an election tomorrow the Governor would be elected in a landslide. Schulz and Chun and zero choice in this matter.
I predict about a dozen dumbasses holding a couple of signs for about 20 minutes before drifting off when they realize that everyone else is relived that this is over, and the only person to blame is Rolo for subjecting WSU to this damage.

Not sure yet. Things are too raw right now. Next season, if the kids can stay together, we have an offensive skill unit of JDL, Stribling, Ollie, Hobert, Moore, and Victor. Pair that with a young and well liked defensive coach and some tough front 7 defenders, and the 2022 team doesn’t look bad at all.
This is a glass very full outlook, but we’ll see how Dickert handles the transition. JDL is QB1 next season. Yea, he can transfer, but our roster is pretty solid.
The blame is with idiot Inslee who only cares about his political future.
Vaccinated doesn't equal agreeing with the mandate.

The so called Change Cycle: The Denial Stage. The Resistance Stage. The Exploration Stage. and finally....The Commitment Stage. After JDL gets over his denial and resistance....it will be GAME ON against BYU.
