How about him

I watched him run at districts and state last year. One of the top long jumpers in the county. Small 2B Central Washingu. HS.
Trust me. GRAB HIM.
The only downside is his idle is Budha Baker.

But seriously. Google search him and let me know what you think

He isn’t explosive enough for PAC 12 football. He has to gear down to make his cuts. There is no suddenness to him at all.

He is a good high school player. I’m guessing he prob lands at a d3 school. There are 30 kids like him in WA and OR.

If you wanna compare him to another player, watch film on anyone WSU has offered. Or better yet, watch Borghi. He is 1 year removed from high school. That is the kind of kid WSU is looking for.

I wasn’t thinking of him at RB. Bring him in as an athlete and let the coaches figure it out

He has some big time track offers.

If he isnt athletic enough to play RB, he isnt gonna make it at WR. So he isnt an offensive player.

How tall is he??? He isnt a corner or a lineman. If he is 6’1” or taller he might be a LB. Does he have film at LB???

If he isn't going to be a running back, he needs to grow about a few inches and gain 20 lbs (without losing any speed) to realistically play in the secondary in the Pac-12.....or be crazy athletic. He's a kid that may be worth keeping an eye on but he's "only" a junior. It will be interesting to see how he looks next fall. If I had a criticism of the kid....it's that he has a typo on his recruiting profile page in the sentence right before he says that he takes his academics as seriously as football. We all make mistakes as we type, but on a page that is intended to impress others......get it right.

The info says he is 5'8", so he is probably really 5'7"...might be 5'8" by the time he hits college. Listed at 180 pounds. If he could get over 200 without losing speed and has hands he could do some things in the slot. Otherwise I don't see a place for him in P5, and even that is a stretch. But at least a possible stretch.

He doesn’t have enough shake n bake to play slot. If he isn’t a 11.0 in the 100m he doesn’t have the speed to make up for his lack of height. Also, he needs film as a slot. Imagine giving a short, undersized, slower then you like player a full scholarship to play a position he has no reps at?

I can’t even recall the last B athlete to play football at WSU - Wellsandt? Darling?

Very long odds.

Matt Mullennix was the last B athlete as I recall (Liberty). Wellsandt (Ritzville) was also B; going back a ways.

More A athletes, including Darling (Kettle Falls), Josh Parrish (Chewelah), Will Derting (Okanogan)...and several more if you want to go back further. Kyle Basler was from Elma; was that an A school at the time?

Just for some perspective.....the cb that just verbaled to us today is 6'1" 175 and runs 10.6 in the 100. Lots of upside.....and he plays corner in hs which def helps the transition from hs to college.
