Ouch. well that could throw a wicket into things. What I want to know is how much money is there/will there be? The Pac 12 must do financial statements. Searched but could not find a 990 tax return. But this is accounting, not rocket science. What's in the bank, what's owed to and from us, what future revenue streams are lined up (doesn't the March Madness payout go over 6 years?). And I assume they are a public entity, so these figures should be obtainable. Maybe Wilner or Canzano will get on the trail.

Edit: and future expenses. Speaking of, I perused the Pac-12 staff roster. Sorry that most or all of them will lose their jobs. After we get off our ass and fire Quackkoff, We might as well start culling the herd. A lot of these people are into marketing or PR or whatever, all of which are quickly becoming moot.

WSU is not involved on that suit. So, the stated purpose for the closed door executive session doesn't make sense.

Still only $6M per school, and the 10 are on the hook for it. I don’t think it’s a big concern…as long as we get enough to pay ours. And maybe enough to pay the FOB.
