I think Dickert's defense is the reason WSU will win their games this season, so I would say him, if it got to that point.

His scouting department? A local mortician buddy who had season tickets to Pitt and Duquesne.
So when the Steelers job opened up Week 3, he hired the Duquesne coach.
No, the Duquesne coach didn't leave his current team like Dennis Erickson would've done.
Instead he coached the Steelers in the morning and Duquesne in the afternoon.
