2020 PAC 12 Offensive POY at CU entered the portal and we didn't offer? Any idea why?

I understand WSU is not going to get every big time WSU LEGACY son of BIG TIME WSU LEGACY father, but lately it seems(and maybe I am wrong), that WSU does NOT get MOST of these.

And I think there is a problem with that, as I think WSU/WSU football should be getting about at least about 39%, at MINIMUM, to 59%, at, on Average, to 79% at likely maximum, realistically wise.

WSU should be able to that, and not doing so is a semi FAILURE on WSU's, coaching staff's, AD, Leadership's part.

I have still yet to see something that definitively says that Jarek is Steve's son. I have read the CU website, it mentions his brother, but not Steve as a father. I would think that if Steve was his father, they would mention that. I also read a few stories, it mentions his mother, but never his father. Again, that would be something that would have been mentioned in recruiting articles. Also, Jarek was born in Louisiana, and raised in Texas. Those are not places that Steve worked.

Steve's first wife left him 25 years ago. They had a daughter together. I don't know if he every remarried nor if he has additional kids.
