6'5" with hops? Sounds like Mike Bush! BTW, Bush made the greatest catch I ever saw at Cal-fly pattern down right sideline, full extension dive with a one handed grab before hitting the ground. Even better that Harris TD catch this year, IMO.

Deserve? I dunno about that. Remember, there may only be 12-15 kids get P12 scholarships this year at QB. Where does he fit into the QB market??? If he signed with EWU, he isn’t one of those guys.
I don't think he actually signed with Eastern... just committed.
He'll go D1 after today.
I just looked at their website. He is not on their signee list.

After Travis Hunter scored a touchdown with 20 seconds left in the game I went out and cut some wood. Was just now looking at headlines that said GK won. What a great game and tremendous fight from the boys from Pierce County. Josh Wood showed the world he can play big boy football. Hope the coaches are on him as it appears he didn't sign with EWU. BTW, the new PWO QB from Socal (Emmitt Brown) has a cannon.
Morris and Leftwich just followed Wood on Twitter. W all our open schollies I think it would be wise to add him as a young athletic QB.
Looks like he just started following DeBoer, Lanning, and our coaches. But as of now we’re the ones following him.
Wood looked great yesterday. Vs top competition too. Doesn't hurt that he is best friends with Bogan and Andrew Sav. prob the two best uncommitted prospects in WA.
Super impressed with Morris and Leftwich. They are scouring the entire country for recruits.
Wood has a similar feeling to Justus Rogers...maybe he comes and he is an athlete and plays another position?

I agree. Wood is versatile, but under JDL he will have some time to develop and work on his accuracy. Kid has everything you look for in a qb, and he has the athleticism and leadership qualities you cant coach up.
Had no idea his dad played at WSU. I was really really really really bummed when Stutzmann got fired, because I feel he was a really good coach and recruiter. But there was some real dead weight on the previous staff when it came to recruiting. Good to see Morris and some of the new staff get after it.
Dickert followed Wood on Twitter. I imagine an offer will be imminent.
If he is a legacy offer him. It means more to some kids to wear the jersey.
Victor Wood could run. He was overshadowed on that offense by all the other stars around him, but he could make plays too, and he had a great game in that Aloha Bowl. Looks like the athleticism runs in the family
