Yup there has not been any movement on the recruiting front.. J Blacksher was rated a four star by 247 Sports a respected site. Grand Canyon is an up and coming program attempting to be the next Gonzaga. There are still a lot of players being recruited. Last year was Kent s best recruiting year in my opinion. I hope his staff can follow up with a better class with High school players.

Yeah Grand Canyon was a game better than Seattle U and in third place last year. Nice campus

Thet also have a great coach and probably the best fan support in the Nation. It used to be a for profit school and is supported by a billionaire.They have a 50/50 chance of making the Big dance next year.

Getting Majaerle was considered a coup in the Valley. I think he had turned down the Suns at least once

Marjarle is paid far more then Kent at Grand Canyon.They do not disclose salaries but is rumored to be in the 1.5 to 2 million dollar range or more.
