Probably somebody else, besides UW, WSU. I cant imagine he goes to UW that only won 5+ games, and is such a mess. He cant even think that his talent would turn UW around, as UW has had higher ranked player, recruits then him, and MIRACULOUSLY STILL only won 5+ wins.
The kid is probably going somewhere else then UW.
Given WSU's Shaw's, and Noah's connections, WSU might probably will try to get the kid as a plan B, if WSU doesnt get the Oregon POY 124th in Nation ranked combo guard, that WSU is in Top 5 of.
Not saying WSU will either get the Oregon kid, or this kid, but at least WSU has a ok chance.
Cant believe that I'm calling this kid a plan B to the Oregon kid, my oh my how far WSU recruiting under Smith has come.
